What is the purpose of the ECO Boiler Grant?
The ECO boiler grants are available through a government grant intended to help low-income households access home efficiency improvements to reduce the costs of heating their homes.
The program is aimed to assist qualifying homes in replacing old, inefficient boilers and heating systems with modern boilers that save energy. If you meet the eligibility requirements and your current boiler is at least 4 years old, you may be eligible for a grant to help you replace it. A Boiler Grant does not require repayment, and there are no complicated terms and conditions. A free energy-efficient- efficient evaluation will be performed to establish how much grant funds you are eligible for. A minor contribution may be asked in some cases. However, we will let you know how much this will cost before we begin the installation.
